Personal Trainers Available at Dwight and Pontiac

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could just take a “fitness pill” every morning with breakfast? That “pill” would have to come, of course, with some rules… such as taken every morning, along with at least six glasses of water per day.

We all know that getting into proper physical condition is much more difficult than it is to fall into bad habits. Help is available now at both the Dwight and Pontiac Wellness clinics through the services of nationally accredited personal trainers and nutritional consultants Alison Key and Paul Kelly. Each of these individuals believes in developing the type of fitness plan that serves the needs and wants of each client, and they both understand the challenges that come with the discipline needed to complete the program.

“You must be wary of your caloric intake, while still getting all the essential macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals needed,” Paul said. “Also, you must exercise; you have to increase the heart rate for at least an hour 4 to 5 days a week, which includes at least 3 of those days being resistance training. It takes dedication, and discipline, and we understand it’s not always easy.”

Sounds challenging, but that’s where the personal trainers come in. Both Alison and Paul will guide the client along at the pace most needed for that success we all strive for. The one-on-one touch focuses on encouragement, motivation, and satisfaction. “Nothing worth achieving in life is ever easy,” Alison added, “but we believe we can help make this life changing step a bit easier by designing a program that’s fit just for you.”
