About Champion Fitness Physical Therapy
Back in 1996, Jeff Schade began Champion Fitness Physical Therapy in a single building in Pontiac, IL with the idea that the patient should come first-always! With fifteen clinics around central Illinois, from Streator and Diamond to the north, Tuscola and Casey to the south, and thousands of patients having been given the proper road to recovery, that principle still holds true.
We stand behind our belief that the you, the patient, should be given a schedule that meets your needs, you should be made as comfortable in your therapy as possible, and you should be trained by a caring staff who informs and explains every detail necessary to help you “Get Busy Living!”
