Northern Illinois University graduate Emily Sweitzer will be serving as an Athletic Trainer out of the Urbana, LeRoy, and Bloomington clinics in the Champion Fitness Physical Therapy family. Her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology included an emphasis in Athletic Training, and this will allow her to assist patients in manual exercises, help them in the use of exercise equipment, and also prepare modalities. She feels very comfortable in handling sports-related injuries, especially ankles.
Originally from Pontiac, Emily and her husband Ryan currently reside in Bloomington. Her hobbies include photography, scrapbooking and watching football, especially her favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
