Owner and President of Champion Fitness Physical Therapy for the past fourteen years, Jeff Schade hails from Saunemin, IL. He received his Athletic Training Certificate from the University of Illinois in 1988 and his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School in 1990. In addition to his duties of overseeing daily operations, Jeff also develops plans of care for patients as needed, specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Jeff resides in Pontiac with his wife Kim and their children, Jordan Cohlman, and triplets Ryne, Harley, and Justin. Besides spending quality family time together, he also enjoys coaching girls’ softball and traveling around the country.
