The physical therapist in charge of the Champaign clinic for Champion Fitness Physical Therapy is Tuscola native Jessica Ray. This 2004 University of Illinois graduate in Kinesiology continued her education with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2007. She has experienced all types of PT in her career, from orthopedics to geriatrics to pediatrics and everything in between, most recently earning her certification in the ASTYM System, and she enjoys all phases of her opportunity to help patients.
Jessica lives in Tuscola with her husband Tim, a decorative concrete worker, their daughter Lyla Mae, and their dog Chief. She is a die-hard Fighting Illini fan who watches as many sporting events involving the Orange and Blue as possible, and she also loves spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as recreational running.
