Running the day-to-day operations for the Champion Fitness Physical Therapy Corporation only tells part of the story of Mike Cohlman, company CEO. Since his arrival in 2003, Champion has continually developed into one of the more prominent names in the physical therapy business in Central Illinois. A native of Pontiac, Mike attended Purdue University’s School of Management before transferring to the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the School of Commerce. As CEO, Mike is responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing individual performances of staff members while, at the same time, fostering the “team concept” to uphold the company mission statement.
Mike is the father of daughter Jordan, and he lives in Pontiac with his wife, Kelly, and their three pets, Maggie (Yellow Lab) and cats Moozie and Milkdud. In his spare time, he can be found on the golf course, coaching youth sports, or playing basketball.
